AI GurukulZ is a product of Twor Consulting Engineers Private Limited. This page says what we do today. Where we are still early, we say so.

Where your data lives

Our servers, including the GPU servers that run the AI Teacher, are in India. Speech-to-text and voice are provided by Sarvam AI, an Indian provider. The AI Teacher's written explanations and answers are generated by Anthropic's Claude model, which runs in the United States, so the text of your questions and lesson material can leave India for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy lists every provider.

What we store, and what we do not

For a live class we store only the text transcript. We do not store audio or video of students. Your voice is turned into text as you speak. Notes you upload stay in your account, and a lecture made from your own notes is visible only to you. Lectures on general topics may be shared between Learners and contain no personal data.

How your data is used

Your content is used to run your classes and show your progress. It is not used to train models shared across other customers, and we do not sell personal data.

Security measures

• Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text.
• Connections to AI GurukulZ and its servers use HTTPS.
• Recorded lectures play only for signed-in users, through short-lived links, and have no download button. Please note that no website can fully stop someone filming their own screen; our Terms prohibit it.
• If a personal data breach affects you, we tell you without undue delay and report it to the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours where the DPDP Rules require.

Accountability

AI GurukulZ's AI Teacher supports a qualified teacher's judgment; it does not replace it, and its output can contain mistakes. Our Grievance Officer is R.V. Angarakhe, reachable at grievance@gurukulz.com; we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

Children

Direct sign-up is for adults aged 18 and over. Students under 18 join through their school, which obtains parental or guardian consent. We do not track children for advertising or build behavioural profiles of them.

Where we are honest about being early

AI GurukulZ is a new platform. We do not yet hold third-party security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 for it. Twor Consulting Engineers holds ISO 9001 quality management certification, which is a different standard and not equivalent. If your school or organization needs a certification, a data processing agreement or a security questionnaire before adopting AI GurukulZ, write to grievance@gurukulz.com and we will work through it directly.
